Baby Shower Supplies accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or consequential loss whatsoever resulting from or due to the use of Australia Post or any Courier Company we use within Australia or Overseas with Orders that are either left at front door, "Authority to Leave" orders, orders left at a business address, orders addressed to another person or carded to your local post office.

AUSTRALIAN & NZ RETURNS 

Online Orders Returns Policy - If you are not happy with your purchase, you are to return the items in a saleable condition within 7 days of receiving your order at your own cost (WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING COSTS ON RETURNS) 

Please send it to the Baby Shower Supplies head office located in Melbourne, Victoria, 3803. We will assess the items within 1 week. All products must be: returned within 7 days of receipt of your order. This time will NOT BE EXTENDED unless you have received written confirmation from our customer service team. Please note that if you do not have access to your email account or an email address, it is your responsibility to contact us on 03 9036 3429 within 7 days of receipt of your order.

product(s) must be as new (unused and undamaged) and with their original packaging intact including the packaging (the bubble wrap) you received the item in. Please enclose a copy of your receipt.

If it is suitable to be resold and you have sent it back within the time frame specified, we will provide you with a refund or credit note only on the items that have been returned not shipping cost. Please note that we will not be responsible for lost returned orders and we highly recommend that you get tracking on your order if you plan to send it back.


PICKED UP ORDERS 

Can be returned back to the head office within 3 days of pick up. A refund or credit note will be given if the item can be resold and returned in the original condition it was received. You will need to bring with you your original invoice and a refund or credit note will be made within 1 week of the item being returned to us.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For all International Returns, if you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at babyshowersupplies@hotmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Our customer service team will advise you of the steps to return your order.

We take no liability if you place your order within 1 - 2 days of your event as once your order has been shipped and it has not been received within the short time frame, we are not held responsible for the parcel not arriving to you in time. If you are concerned about the time frame please contact us on 03 9036 3429 prior to placing your order.  For all international orders, please ensure that you plan ahead as we will not be responsible for delayed shipping or customs delays.
 

SAME DAY ORDER PROCESSING
Same Day Order Processing means that orders placed before 3pm AEST (Eastern Standard Time) Monday through Friday usually leave our warehouse the same business day unless delayed where an item may not immediately available. On most occasions, you will be contacted by the telephone details provided to us in your Order. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Victorian Public Holidays will leave our warehouse on the next business trading day. Baby Shower Supplies will make every effort to get your party items to you upon purchase. All orders purchased by 3:00pm will usually ship the same business day. Any orders including Express Post placed AFTER 3.00pm will NOT be shipped until the next business day.

DELIVERY TIMES

Baby Shower Supplies will make all efforts on speedy processing and delivery times.

Standard & Registered Australia Post Delivery: Delivery times may take between 1 - 7 business days depending on your location whether you live in a metropolitan or regional area.

The delivery dates we provide on acceptance of your order are only approximate and may differ or change. No cover is provided for any loss or damage to your items.

Post with Insurance Australia Post Delivery : see above for Delivery times. Insurance covers for loss and damage of your items.

Courier/Express Delivery : Delivery times may take between 1 - 3 business days, except NT and WA or regional areas outside the Australia Post Express Network which may take between 2 - 7 business days depending on your location whether you live in a metropolitan or regional area. If you are concerned about the time frame, please contact us on 03 9036 3429 prior to placing your order.

We will usually ship the most efficient delivery time depending on whether your item will be sent via Courier or via Australia Post Express Post.

If you are located within the Australia Post Express Post Network table most items will be delivered within 1-3 business days.

 If you are planning to place an Express Post Order 2-3 days before your event, it would be best to contact us to get a rough estimate on whether you would receive your order on time.

Express Post International: Delivery to Canada, USA, Europe, Asia, New Zealand delivery times may take between 3-7 business days depending on your location or regional area.  If you are located outside your own Metropolitan Network, delivery may take between 7-14 business days. WHERE IS MY ORDER

All Orders are shipped via the method chosen at Checkout and are trackable. Orders sent via Australia Post Standard, Registered, Express Post or EMS are trackable at http://www.auspost.com.au/track. If you wish to know where your items are currently in transit please contact Australia Post directly on 13 11 18 as we have been provided with the same information as you are provided by Australia Post. If your order has no movement in tracking over 3 business days, we would suggest you contact Australia Post for an indication as to where your parcel may be in transit. We are provided with the same information as you are by Australia Post.
Any Orders sent via Courier can be tracked via their tracking number from the relevant Courier Company. If you wish to know where your items are currently in transit please contact the relevant Courier Company directly the details of which will be provided to you upon contacting our store.

TRACKING DETAILS

Due to the large volume of orders being shipped daily, your tracking details will be provided within 48 hours of your Order being placed. We will not be liable for incorrect email addresses if you have not received your tracking number or shipment notification it is your responsibility to contact us for shipping details.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We will not refund any shipping charges.

Any Orders that have failed to be collected by the relevant time from the Post Office or carded by Australia Post or not accepted at Delivery, or wrong address entered at checkout will not be subject to any refund of any shipping costs.
The sum of $15.00 will be charged as to costs of returned shipping if you have entered a wrong address at the time of checkout and your order has been shipped prior to you letting us know.  Therefore if your order is returned by Australia Post to our head office, you will be charged a fee of $15.00 prior to refunding your order.  This will most commonly be taken from your refund if applicable.

Upon your Order being returned to our store, we will provide you with a refund of the total cost of your Order with the exception of Shipping Costs.
In the event that you wish to return any item of your order for an exchange or credit note, we will upon the item being received at our store, we will provide you with a refund to your original method of payment.

We highly recommend sending item/s via Registered Post that is being returned to our store so that the item can be tracked.
